There are 2 questionnaires. Each takes about 15 minutes to complete. The Chief Officer is given advance notice of just required facts. For others, no preparation is necessary. Questionnaires are completed on-line at a time to suit each contributor. They are preferably competed in one session but inputs are saved screen-by-screen. A contributor can break off at any time and return later to finish their inputs. Their position is automatically bookmarked.
