Each contributor should, ideally, be able to take an over view of the organisation.
They will be responding to the questionnaires based on their assessment of the organisation for which they and others a jointly responsible.
The CSR is compiled from the inputs of 2 to 8 senior people. These will normally be director level people and may include others - business advisors, strategic partners, a major supplier or distributor.
The minimum of 2 contributors is to allow the assessment of the organisation to be read in two dimensions - externally against the Excellence Award winners research findings and internally via the perceptions of at least 2 senior people. We limit the number to 8 to ensure the inputs are relevant and the data is manageable and has clarity.
